Passing on skills for future generations
Here at Shaw Electrical we are taking part in the national apprentice progranme and in conjunction with JTL College we have taken on a new apprentice this year.
We believe in ensuring skills for future generations are passed down through the apprentice scheme and we support this fully.

This is our new apprentice who started with us in September 2014. We work very close with JTL Training to ensure our apprentices get a full and varied training programme so they also may pass the skills on in years to come.
This year sees my youngest son Spencer leave school and also start with us as a electrical apprentice.

A true Family run business
We are a small family run business with myself Wayne Shaw and my Son Spencer Shaw working as a close team.
Quality matters to us as we have our reputation to maintain and our 100's of repeat customers domestic and commercial, we are proud to be a true family business.
We look after many local businesses including Catering 24 and Giltbrook Cleaners on the Manners Industrial estate in Ilkeston Derbyshire as well as many smaller local companies shops and residental homes.
