Here at Shaw Electrical we are taking part in the national apprentice progranme and in conjunction with JTL College we have taken on a new apprentice this year.
We believe in ensuring skills for future generations are passed down through the apprentice scheme and we support this fully.
This is our new apprentice who started with us in September 2014. We work very close with JTL Training to ensure our apprentices get a full and varied training programme so they also may pass the skills on in years to come.
This year sees my youngest son Spencer leave school and also start with us as a electrical apprentice.

The whole of the Shaw family work together, both my sons are electrical apprentices with the company and Mrs Shaw deals with paperwork and administration side of things.
