The market for domestic CCTV has changed significantly in the last few years with the advent of self install cheap equipment being easy to install and set up for the average diy enthusiast.
We only install proffessional equpment thats fit for purpose and actually works.
There are pros and cons to installing wireless cctv vs a hard wired system and we only install hard wired systems for good reasons which I will go into now.
Wireless cameras are easy to install and offer a cheap self install alternative to spending £100's on a proffessional system that we offer.
Many DIY CCTV systems from Ring and Blink are great when they work but as we have found they are easy to disable as many criminals are becoming highly adept to blocking the wifi signals that they depend on.
A simple WIFI blocker makes your system you have installed completly unusable as you can buy a wifi blocker for as little as £20 which renders your system offline.
We can proffessionally install a wired system to a neat and tidy standard and conceal wires into building fabric where possible as nobody wants to see wires on the outside of your home.
Sometimes it is not possible to conceal all wiring but we take the time to make sure when it has to be on show its clipped neat and minimal. We don't drill into the cavity and install wires this way as it provides a bridge for water ingress to internal walls and will in a few years cause damp patches on internal walls. Any installer that does this method of installation is not following building regulations guidelines.
We have all seen the guys on Facebook offering 4 cameras supplied and fitted for only £299 who just throw the cheapest possible equipment in and provide no come back when it goes wrong- thats not us we charge more for a reason so you have a person that will return in the event of a fault and return to help when your not sure how to use it.
We offer all types of CCTV cameras and still support the older analogue systems as well as IP camera systems.
We offer as a minimum 5mp cameras and recommed you install the highest quality cameras your budget will allow.
The newer cameras offer resolution as high as 16 and 32 megapixal for pin sharp images so you can actually get a good image of a person or vehicle/registration plate as we strongly believe there is no point installing a system that has poor image quality.
We offer a range of cameras including colour night vision cameras as well as traditional Infra Red night vision cameras.
All of our cameras have audio functions that can be heard through your smart device of television and some have built in speakers for two way audio to warn away potential intruders.
When we install your system we can hide away your recorder or place it next to your television so you can view directly on the large screen.
We offer service and repair for all makes of CCTV systems with the exception of DIY systems as they are not designed to be repaired in general.
We can replace faulty cameras or recorder boxes as well as wiring faults. I have over 30 years experiance in installation and repair of camera systems so your in good hands.
