All alarm systems require an annual service and check to ensure it's working correctly. This involves checking the alarm panel to ensure it is charging the backup system battery so that in the event of a power cut it does not go off disturbing neighbours around you and causing a nuisance. We do a full system check including testing all sensors and door contacts as well as the bell box. If your alarm is connected to app notifications we also check it is fully functional and has the latest software updates.
